Seasonal pricing is a revenue strategy that companies use to set different rates during particular periods of time throughout the year. Having spent many years having to take holidays at peak times due to careers and school holidays / childcare our Pricing Policy is simple - Same price per night all year.
We feel that its unfair to hike up the price of staying with us just because its Half Term or Easter or Christmas. After all a nights stay is a nights stay!!
Rental rates are for the entire property.

3-night minimum stay (31st May to 30th September)
2-nights minimum stay (30th September to 31st May)
All bookings require a refundable damage deposit of £150, we issue the deposit refund within 48-hours of your checkout (after cottage inspection)
Check-in 16:00/ Check-out 10:00 (flexible upon request)
2 dog per cottage at no additional charge. No other pets are permitted in our cottages. We do ask that you keep dogs off of the sofa and bed (throws are provided just in case), and advise you to bring extra throws, towels etc...
No smoking within our cottages
Blue Light Cards are accepted for discount, please use enquiry form with your selected dates (proof of card is required)
Bookings of 2 nights will receive a welcome gift and bookings of 3 nights+ will receive a welcome hamper of local produce. Please find more information in your booking confirmation email.
